When you arrive for your visit, please remain in your vehicle and text us at 334-749-5014. Please text us whether you are in the front or back parking lot and description of your vehicle (ie. gray van).
Upon arrival, you will be asked to answer COVID-19 screening questions.
We will take your temperature to ensure that you are afebrile.
If you have a mask and gloves that you would like to wear to your appointment, please do so. However, unfortunately, we are unable to provide them for you.
